Within the dimensions of this position and as a trusted member of the Medical Group management team, provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, quality assurance and financial management.

Bachelors Degree in a business related degree program or comparable, equivalent experience required. Two years of direct supervisory experience and 4-5 years of experience in a medical office (clinical) setting required. Previous experience in growing and expanding a multi-site physician practice is preferred. Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of MSOffice, AR Management and billing systems (IDX & Clinical Workstation) required. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills required. Demonstrated leadership, personal and professional ethics and an ability to inspire and motivate others are required. Previous experience developing relationships with physicians is required. Candidate must exhibit strong negotiating skills and have strong financial management skills. Candidate must be a dynamic leader that is able to gain trust and respect of the physicians, staff, and peers. This person must be able to delegate tasks as needed and utilize resources available to maximize efficiency.
