The Resource Advisor is responsible, in part, for support of students enrolled in Prosper, Inc.’s coaching programs. This person provides on-demand personalized service aimed at providing students with needed information and resources from the company’s online website.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, accurate information to students.
• Present a positive, professional public image of Prosper, Inc. to students.
• Continue to increase knowledge and experience in their specific field of training.
• Maintain a constant awareness of legal ramifications of actions taken and advice given.
• Keep records of all interactions with students recording details of inquiries and actions taken.
• Promote sales of additional products and services.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal service.
• Knowledge of customer needs assessment.
• Ability to meet quality standards for services.
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel.
